Privacy Statement

Midwest Health and Nutrition does not sell, share or rent customer information with third parties. Customers may receive e-mails with information regarding specials or other general announcements. Customers may receive e-mail newsletters. Customers may opt out of receiving such e-mails from Midwest Health and Nutrition by clicking on the opt out link in any e-mail received from Midwest Health and Nutrition, not including e-mails regarding order status and order tracking. All customer orders are processed in-house by our staff. No outside billing or shipping company is used to process orders.

 

Shipping Policy

We understand how important your order is to you and that time is important. We work hard to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. There are times when something goes wrong with delivery of an order. If we make a mistake, we will make it right at no additional cost to you, the customer. Some things are beyond our control and responsibility. If you are placing an order, especially Internationally, please check with your Customs office regarding regulations prior to placing your order. If your order requires special handling, packaging or any other special treatment to clear Customs, please advise us as soon as your order is placed by responding to the order confirmation e-mail you receive upon placing your order or by e-mailing us at Sales@MidwestHealthandNutritionInc.com. Multiple orders placed by the same customer, being shipped to the same address may be combined, at our discretion. If you place more than 1 order and do not wish to have them combined into a single shipment, let us know immediately and we will ship your orders in the same manner that they were placed.

All orders placed on our website are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the application Stamps.com. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, except during US holidays. All delivery time estimates are stated in “business days,” which are Monday through Friday. All estimates regarding shipping and delivery times are dependent on the shipper and not the responsibility of Midwest Health and Nutrition. Midwest Health and Nutrition is not responsible for interruptions of service resulting from weather, natural disasters, shipping strikes, civil unrest, etc.

Domestic orders are shipped using Priority Mail service through USPS. Orders $149 and under are charged a flat $8 shipping fee. Orders $150 or more receive free shipping.

 

International orders $749 and under pay the shipping stated at checkout. Orders over $750 are shipped free using Priority service through USPS. International customers placing orders under $750 have the option of choosing First-Class Package International Service, if the package qualifies by size, weight and value, or Priority Mail International service. First-Class service time in transit varies by destination and may not include tracking once the package leaves the United States. First-Class International may take 2-6 weeks or longer to arrive. If you are in a hurry, First-Class service should not be the option you choose.

 

Priority Mail International is a higher level of service than First-Class. Priority Mail International includes tracking in most major markets and delivery time is 6-10 business days, as stated on the USPS website. All delivery time estimates are stated in “business days,” which are Monday through Friday. All estimates regarding shipping and delivery times are dependent on the shipper and not the responsibility of Midwest Health and Nutrition. Midwest Health and Nutrition is not responsible for interruptions of service resulting from weather, natural disasters, shipping strikes, civil unrest, etc. Midwest Health and Nutrition has no control over and is not responsible for delays in shipping due to Customs, USPS or the courier service used in your country. Please check with your Customs office regarding regulations and restrictions importing Nutritional Supplements to your country. All taxes, tariffs and fees are the purchaser’s responsibility. Please make sure all delivery information is complete and correct before placing your order. If you have an error or a change to your order, we will make every effort to correct your order before shipping if you contact us in time. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.  We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete orders due to incorrect information entered on the site by the purchaser. If an item or an entire package is seized by Customs, no refund will be issued to the customer. If an item or an entire package is returned to us by Customs, the customer will be issued a refund for those items, less shipping cost. If the return of a package incurs cost to Midwest Health and Nutrition for its return, those costs will also be deducted from any refund due to the customer. By completing an order on this website, customers are agreeing to all the terms and conditions and shipping policies on this site. Midwest Health and Nutrition reserves the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and shipping polices at any time.

 

Order Acceptance Policy

Midwest Health and Nutrition reserves the right to decline or accept any order at any time after receipt of your order or to supply less than the quantity ordered. In the event your item is unavailable at the time your order is placed, we may ship the in-stock items and inform you of the backorder. When a backordered item returns in stock, we will ship the item to you at our expense. When you become aware that you have an item that is temporarily out of stock, you may contact us to cancel that item for a full refund of the price you paid for the item. A refund will be issued if that item has not yet shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will wait to issue any refunds until the item has been returned to us.

 

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance. If you wish to return a product or an order, please contact us at Sales@MidwestHealthandNutritionInc.com to see if your products qualify for a return. We approve returns on a case by case basis.
